@jerryteixeira I'll turn 68 in june. I play a mean set of drums hours per day to very loud music. I've 4 drum sets, one is electronic. I found my grip strengthener & use it a lot. Opening jars, pulling crab grass & there roots. Drum articulation has improved especially fast/very fast. H:3-story

I'll co-sign this 100% and give one addition: the ease of modern life does not only impact our physical health, it creates less satisfaction and more mental health issues, especially for men. We need hard things. Physical training makes us healthier and happier.
