Questioning dogma is good for everyone.
Fat free cheese is basically a protein supplement and, yes, a cheat code to life. I only discovered it by peeking outside the low carb silo long enough to follow some non-low-carb natural bodybuilders/aesthetic athletes with body composition that made me a slob by comparison. 😅

A high satiety week with "only" a 48 score? 🤔 However, that's still vastly higher than most people eat (the Standard American Diet scores in the high 20s). 48 is a great place for many people in the long term. If you want to go even higher, consider bumping up the protein. 💪

I'm pretty sure "no one" tracking satiety scores in the future is an underestimation. We're discussing a potential solution to the world's biggest health problem. When it is extremely simple, cheap or free, fun, fully flexible, and effective, it may become a no-brainer for many.

@richardbeall10 @DrEenfeldt I must admit to having been a low carb zealot (purist even..) however, as I have said elsewhere, what gets you there, might not get you here.. I lost 175lbs on hardocre lowcarb abd then keto. But the last 100lbs came from prioritising protein, raising carbs and cutting fat...
@DrEenfeldt @PeterHa92774492 @martykendall2 @tednaiman Swap the bread and wrap with a LC tortilla, swap juice for an apple, double the turkey portion, trade the ice cream for vanilla sweetened but no sugar yogurt, and (for the seed oil conscious) swap the mayo for avocado oil mayo. Better score, higher protein.

Aaah, health systems. I’d filled in a comprehensive questionnaire before my minor op, including the fact I’m a diet-controlled T2D. Added in my dietary requirements. This is what they gave me after my 12 hour fast. @martykendall2 @DrEenfeldt @tednaiman

@raphaels7 @DrEenfeldt @DoctorTro @drjasonfung If you could provide just one piece of scientific evidence, anywhere in the universe, on any living organism, that even slightly directionally supported higher fat or lower protein (let alone both) as beneficial for fat loss on an ad lib diet—we would cheerfully incorporate it.

Because there are hundreds of human and animal studies (including meta-analyses) directionally pointing in the opposite direction.

@DrEenfeldt Substitutions for "unsatiating" but commonly eaten foods/meals are an important tool for dieters. Making such foods totally off-limits may derail a diet over time. That's the reason why we created a chocolate smoothie as an alternative to chocolate, scoring 60 on @JoinHava 👍

@mikeoniron @raphaels7 @DrEenfeldt @sriharitj I'd guess yes. HAVA has much bigger potential for reach and size IMO. Subjectively carnivore, low carb is gaining some traction. Might be an idea to keep/make DD and HAVA completely separate. From a business perspective I mean.
