An opinion I hold strongly despite knowing nothing about the subject is this: The distinction between “good beer” and “bad beer” is totally meaningless.

Hands up who doesn’t even play the game with customer service bots, and just says “let me speak to a person” straight off the bat? 🙋♂️
People said AI would progress in leaps and bounds, and they were right. It’s now slinging Hitler comparisons in auto-generated comments on LinkedIn 😂😂😂 Particularly like the picture of the fuhrer sharing his “top tips” from the Eagle’s Nest.

The easiest form of strategy is to let the business be what it wants to be - rather than what you think it *should* be.
The Panic Test: Go up to people in your company, individually, and ask them "what is our strategy?". The look on their face will tell you why it's called the panic test. And their answer will tell you quite a lot about where you're at as a business.
If you want to SAY you're different First, DO something different Earn it.
Every business metric can be bought or faked except one: -Earning higher profit than your industry average. In the final analysis, that is the only real "proof" of strategy, as it's the only real proof of leverage.

@smithesq I would say that beer is contextual... "Good beer" has its place. "Bad beer" has its place. The only bad beer is something that is skunked or that is just so poorly crafted that it undermines the quality. Even that last one is contextual.

Generative AI is getting worse and worse and worse for text and I'm not moaning about it. I just had long debates with those saying " Imagine how good it will be when there are 1000x more tokens" and all I could see was it getting more complex and expensive.
