Break the language barrier for athletes…. Strength coach translations: - Prone: do it on your stomach - Supine: now go do it on your back - Isometric: hold it longer than usual - Eccentric: the negative part - Hypertrophy: let’s get jacked - Superset: do 2 exercises together

Most sports are played for at least 6-8 months per-year Summer leagues, winter training etc If you ONLY train in your “off-season,” you’ll never get better The in-season is your largest chunk of the year. You better get better during it

Rhabdo is actually easier to induce than most coaches realize. Protect your athletes by: 1️⃣Easing into training. The 1st 3 weeks after a break is the danger zone. 2️⃣Total body workouts. Excessive stress to a specific tissue increases danger 3️⃣Reduce training frequency at 1st

Ordered my @MYXfitness bike and #bodi subscription from @Beachbody 11/3 and still have no bike or answer as to when I can expect it. @CarlDaikeler imagine someone new to fitness excited to start their journey and then asking them to wait 4 months.
