A lovely morning. Out for 10 miles, round the the lake, let sleeping ducks lie. Then along the canal and the most uplifting sight of the day - a kingfisher darting along, too quick to photo alas.

PSA Gents, you wouldn't take it out of your pants and play with it walking down the street.... So don't do it while driving along the M1 (or any other road.) Truck drivers are sat high up - we can see into cars! Thank you.
