Well I had a rubbish night sleep last night, so decided the best way to forget about it was to go running. Achieved a nice and steady 10k under an hour again and as an added bonus increased my V02 max 😀 #running #runner #cardio #hearthealth #V02max #runchat #ukrunchat

A glorious Monday evening run. Running while watching the sunset & seeing the streetlights turn on as it gets darker. No actual photos as I was just in the moment and the thought of getting my phone out just didn't come to mind 😀 sometimes those runs are the best #runchat

Got a Sunday afternoon run in and under 1hour, I also think my V02 max has increased, pretty sure it was 48 before so that's an added bonus 😀. I think choosing a run over than the pub paid off today, delighted with that #running #garmin #ukrunchat #fitness #cardio

Had an amazing time at yesterday's parkrun. This week I brought along my youngest for his first time and he completed it without stopping and we crossed the line together, so very proud of him 😀 #parkrun #ukrunchat #cannonhillparkrun #running #runner #vitality

With the light mornings, I should be going out running at around 6am before work. Nothing exciting, anywhere between 3-5k just to keep the legs going. But I wonder how I deliver that, do I have coffee first or is it straight out the door, what do you do? #help #ukrunchat #running

Me and the boy had a blast taking part in today's #cannonhillparkrun. We finished in 229th & CJ in 280th out of 563 parkrunners, both of us setting new PBs 😀 (26:42 & 28:11) , another awesome event and a stella job by the Marshall's @CannonHparkrun #parkrun #garmin #ukrunchat

Instagram deleted, Facebook deactivated (was able to transfer all photos and videos to Google photos first), TikTok gone 😀 only social apps I'm keeping are WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Twitter 😀 #mindrefresh
