They say lightning doesn't strike twice. Well it has!! Callum Robertson has gone and got full time work! As such, we have a gap within our Senior school AD program ~10 hours a week (mainly in the PM). If you know of someone who maybe keen, pass on my details.

Really interesting article by @jbryanmann and colleagues in JSCR - "Momentum, Rather Than Velocity, Is a More Effective Measure of Improvements in Division IA Football Player Performance". Something for the rugby codes to consider too - similar plateaus in 40m times but >mass.
