I woke up this morning EXCITED to squat (yea weird) and they didn’t disappoint. Fluid, engaged and works up to a nice 120 pounds (video of 110 I think). What’s your fav squat variation??
Wake up & grind it’s Friday 💪 ATG split squats.. death of me lol I used to have to do these elevated to nail them down and it’s taken a year or slowly scaling down to the ground. They’re still not perfect but damnit they’re effective for mobility and strength! Go crush it 👊
