It depends on what your definition of freedom is? If it's "I do whatever I want and anytime I want," then freedom is nothing more than utopia. Or, rather, distopia, since civilization couldn't work in a world there, everyone does everything they like.

At a certain point, people's wishes would clash each other, and without certain systems, it would lead to chaos. Simple example: imagine you are going to the concert - there are no tickets, thus you can sit everywhere.

You sit in the best seat, and another person demands you to leave the place or else he will kill you. In today's world, it's hardly possible because there would be consequences, but in a world of freedom without obeying law, it would probably be much more common.
