Something that happens to me quite often is people react to hearing that I lost my Mum at 19 by saying things like "OMG I couldn't cope. I need my Mum. I wouldn't have coped without my Mum through X" and I get that it's a fear reaction but like... what?? I needed mine too.
Tomorrow my dad (a Belgian National) is having Euthanasia. A very courageous decision. He has decided he won’t see out his days with endstage Parkinson’s disease. We are heartbroken but understand why and respect his decision. Going to be off social media for a while 💔
