How many hires have you personally made? Don't think interview count is the sample set. Also the left tail is likely cut with almost any technique. The question isn't whether your techniques are good it's whether they are better than other common practices. Your tweet and many I see on here show undue confidence imho relative to common practices. This question fascinates me and I have been studying it for 4 decades. At Bridgewater they attempted to create alpha in the process through massive and unusual interviewing techniques and then systemizing the results. By 2013 it was still inconclusive
