I mean white lies of course. I’m not saying it’s normal to lie to hurt and manipulate. The scene I’m referring to is about saying you don’t feel well enough to go out when you’d rather watch tv. I’m surprised at how uncomfortable it is for people to admit they have any faults

After seeing You Can See Everything I’ve been bringing up the part where Elizabeth says she’s never lied and I’ll say something like “we all lie sometimes” and it’s been so interesting to watch how people IRL also get defensive and say they don’t lolol

I went to see The Devils right after work and fell asleep right after the nun tells bowl cut that mustache possessed her then woke up when he was in court. I googled what I missed after the movie and turns out I slept peacefully through all the exorcisms chaos and debauchery

@GraceSpelman Yes, good point! She loves a sigh and gasp in the background of a song too. And of course she could pull off the look/moves. Maybe one day!

@CartoonsHateHer I have long, straight hair that is also fine. I do use the Dyson, but unlike others have told you nothing will ever ever hold for days in my hair. I shampoo like very other day and use the Dyson or curl the ends basically every day.

@JaneDashley I may not experience what you’re experiencing but I enjoy the weird feeling Rizatriptan gives me, maybe because I associate it with relief

Beautiful gag in How to Marry a Millionaire (1953) where Marilyn Monroe and Lauren Bacall are fantasizing about marrying a wealthy man and then it cuts to Betty Grable who is just dreaming about a delicious sandwich

@theashleyray It’s crazy how much people can live in denial. He shouldn’t have been around kids at all like this. They say he was emotionally stunted as if it’s an excuse, but it only further backs up that he wouldn’t have the capacity to be treating these children with respect and boundaries

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth tried to evoke Holy Scripture but instead quoted Quentin Tarantino's "Pulp Fiction" during a Pentagon worship service. Hagseth read the altered version of Ezekiel 25:17 quoted by Samuel L. Jackson’s character in the movie just before he shoots a
