If we had been on a low sugar diet like we have been on a low fat diet for the past 50 years we would be living in a completely different environment.
It’s clear at this point that the whole healthcare (sickcare) system is bought and paid for by big pharma. The only question is, is it possible to get it back? I think it starts one person at a time educating themselves and taking responsibility for their own health.
