Vida by PADERNO Silicone Non-Stick Loaf Pan. Got this pan free through Butterly. I made bread and found the pan lightweight removal so easy. With the light design it would be best suited for a denser loaf although it did work wonderfully for the bread. I do recommend.

Feeling really good. Got my vaccine on Thursday and no physical side effects other than a little sore on the injection site. However in case you are talking to the Big Guy not being able to cook or clean for the next few weeks is recommended! 🤣

The dreaded thermostat wars. Now, with my body running very warm (make that hot-the depths of Hades hot) I want the coolest temps possible. An Arctic winter is looking pretty good to me right now because I want our house as cool as the average igloo according to the Big Guy.
